You can cancel an order up to one week before our order deadline. All canceled orders will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.

If it comes to our attention that a package did not reach the intended recipient up to 10 days after Purim, a full refund will be issued, providing that the following conditions were met:

1. We were provided with the correct and complete shipping address, including street number, street name, suite or apartment number and phone number.
2. No attempt had been made by our delivery service to contact the recipient (if our delivery service had left a notice and or a phone call message due to the recipient not being home, and the recipient ignored the messages, no refund will be given)
3. If permission was granted to leave the package by the door, and the recipient didn't receive the package (for example it was stolen) .
4. If the recipient is in a yeshiva or seminary where the package was dropped off in the office and the office failed to deliver it to the recipient.
