The mitzvah of Mishloach Manot is to send two food items to one person. The two food items can be of the same bracha and even the same type. For example even if one would send both roast beef and corned beef, one has fulfilled his obligation of sending shalach manos. There is a dispute amongst the authorities whether the food has to be prepared - cooked and ready to eat or if it is enough to send raw food. It is interesting to note that there are even some opinions that hold that if the recipient of the mishloach manot does not like or can't eat the food products for dietary reason, the person has not fulfilled the mitzvah. An example of such would be someone being allergic to the contents of the mishloach manot or diabetic.
